 We, at Sundara Extensions, guarantee the quality of our hair. If you feel there is a problem with the hair quality, contact us within two weeks. After that period it is assumed that the quality is fine. Any problems that result after this period, are assumed to be due to factors outside of our hair quality and craftsmanship. If the hair is shedding, include a small part of the weft. If it is tangling then a small piece of the tangled portion will suffice. You can use a standard sized envelope and stamp to send the hair via first class mail. We will check the sample and contact you within 5 days of receipt.
