Is this hair really virgin remy hair?

Yes! Sundara's hair is collected from select Indian temples. It is prepared in our Indian factory entirely by hand using organic products. We do not acid wash, bleach, or alter the natural beauty of our hair in any way.  

How long will this hair last?

Sundara's hair can last a lifetime. With proper care it will not tangle, shed, or dull allowing you to reuse it again and again.  

How should I care for this hair?

Washing :
Hair tangles when dirt and sweat build up. Be sure to wash your hair after exercise, swimming etc. Detangle your hair before washing. Use a sulfate-free mild shampoo. Lather and caress your hair in a downward motion. Thoroughly Rinse.  
Condition Wash:
Perform a condition wash as an alternative to shampooing when a gentle cleanse is needed. Detangle your hair first. Apply deep conditioner liberally, and caress your hair in a downward motion. Thoroughly Rinse.
Deep Conditioning:
After washing, a deep conditioning treatment is imperative. Apply an organic replenishing deep conditioner infused with protein and natural oils. Avoid mineral oil. Leave on hair for up to 20 minutes for full penetration. Thoroughly rinse.
Sleeping:
Do not sleep on wet hair. Braid, twist, or wrap your hair to avoid tangling. Sleep in a satin cap or on a satin pillow.
Coloring:
If you choose to chemically alter your hair in any way be sure to thoroughly deep condition it using the tips above.
