Sundara offers a risk free shopping experience! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for monetary refund, store credit, or exchange it for another item. Your return must be received within 10 calendar days of your purchase date.

Returns

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Send your return/exchange order to the Sundara address on your package.

In order to receive your credit or refund you must:

• Return unworn, unaltered hair with all tags and seals intact. You may not heat, wet, cut or apply any altering substances to the hair.
• Before mailing the return, you must fill out your return request.
• If you don't have your original packing slip. Include the following in your return package: Include the following information on your packing slip:

1. Buyer Full Name
2. Order ID
3. Phone number
4. Email Address

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your hair, the fastest way to do so is to place the new order first, then fill out the return request and send your return order. This way we will ship your new order immediately, and then give your credit for your return once we receive it.

If you need to receive your return credit first, then you can fill out the return request, ship your order to us, and we will send out your new order after the return order is received.
