We responded directly to the administration of each website and were able to get only complaintsboard.com to remove the faulty review. The other 2 websites were unresponsive.

Washing:

Hair tangles when dirt and sweat build up. Be sure wash your hair after exercise, swimming etc. Use a mild sulfate-free shampoo to prevent harsh stripping of the outer cuticle. Since this hair is not actually growing out of your head it cannot reconstruct itself if the cuticles are damaged. Even no tears baby shampoos have sulfate, so BE SURE to check the back of the bottle for sulfate.

Detangle your hair before washing.  Lather and caress your hair in a downward motion. Thoroughly Rinse.

Condition Wash:

 

Perform a condition wash as an alternative to shampooing when a gentle cleanse is needed. Condition washes are great for removing build up and replenishing the hair with moisture.

Even the dryest hair (if it is healthy and natural) can be completely made over with a good deep conditioning treatment. A good deep conditioner is infused with protein which reconstructs the hair. Keratin and vegatable protein are good. Deep conditioners also have conditioning agents such as olive oilSundara's fav!, coconut oil, avocado, mayo, cholesterol and more. Olive Oil is ideal since it full penetrates the hairs cuticle to soften the hair from the inside out, and coat and seal the outer cuticle as well. Olive oil also rinses off well without leaving an oily residue.

How to...

After washing, apply an organic replenishing deep conditioner infused with protein and natural oils (no mineral oil) Leave on hair for up to 20 minutes for full penetration. Thoroughly rinse.

Sleeping:
